Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing support on loan settlement processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a key point of contact, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and guiding them through the loan settlement journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding loan settlement queries.
  • Provide detailed information on loan settlement processes and options.
  • Assist clients in understanding their financial obligations and the benefits of loan settlement.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and escalate matters to senior management when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as legal and finance teams, to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Offer proactive follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support in preparing customer reports and feedback to management for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or loan management.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with loan processes, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
