Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Lead Verification Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and qualifying leads from various sources, ensuring that they meet our eligibility criteria for loan settlement services. You will play a key role in helping our clients find the right solutions by maintaining accuracy in the verification process and improving lead conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify leads received from various channels (phone, email, online platforms, etc.) to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Conduct thorough background checks on the potential clients’ financial situations to assess eligibility for loan settlement services.
  • Contact leads via phone or email to validate the information provided and gather any additional necessary details.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with verified and rejected leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to pass on qualified leads for further processing.
  • Track and report on lead verification metrics, identifying areas for improvement in the process.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations while handling sensitive client information.
  • Provide timely feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and areas for refinement in lead generation strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead verification, customer service, or a similar role in the financial sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of loan products, banking processes, or financial services is an advantage.
