Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Para Legal – Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in legal assistance, debt negotiation, and client communication. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, advising clients on loan settlement procedures, and assisting with legal documentation. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible guidance and support during their loan settlement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients seeking assistance with loan settlements.
  • Explain the loan settlement process, legal procedures, and repayment options to clients.
  • Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and responsibilities regarding loan settlements.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to prepare settlement proposals and negotiate with lenders on behalf of clients.
  • Gather and review client documents for accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case status in the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support to the legal team, including drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Follow up with clients and lenders regularly to ensure timely resolution of cases.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive client information.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, tele-calling, or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional local languages is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of loan agreements, debt recovery, and legal settlements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
