Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Financial Advisor who will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their financial situations, and providing tailored loan settlement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients who may need loan settlement assistance.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources (financial institutions, brokers, etc.).
  • Develop sales strategies to attract new clients and meet monthly targets.
• Client Consultation:
  • Assess clients’ financial situations and liabilities.
  • Provide financial advisory and offer customized loan settlement solutions.
  • Negotiate with lenders on behalf of clients to settle debts at reduced amounts.
  • Present options to clients in a clear and confident manner, addressing all queries and concerns.
• Relationship Management:
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued support and satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the loan settlement process.
• Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand client debt structures.
  • Assist in creating and executing financial plans to help clients manage their debts.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and financial reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, financial advisory, or loan settlement.
• Strong understanding of loan products and debt settlement procedures.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of the Mumbai market and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
